The founder of the firm, Eng. Eli Cohen-Kagan, attorney, arbitrator and mediator, is a senior member of the engineering community and is regarded as an international authority in matters of standardization, certification, accreditation, compliance, corporate governance and the fight against corruption.
Eli Cohen-Kagan is one of the authors of the international standard: ISO 37001 Anti-bribery management systems.

He has served as a judge in internal tribunals, including the judicial authority of the Histadrut (the largest Israeli Labor union), and as a court appointed special administrator for companies.
Mr. Cohen-Kagan has vast experience in the management of companies in crisis, building complex strategies for legal battles, and guiding and representing clients in business and engineering related disputes.
